A Quick Blurb

Josie, also known as Sweet Tangerine, the Josie, and the Bitch, is- wait! Why am I writing in third person? Pfft! I'm just a not-so-average fat chick living in the grand capital of Pennsylvania (that's Harrisburg, not Philly or Pittsburgh, fyi). I'm a ~~college drop-out~~ returning student at Penn State, finishing her English (probably) degree.
Currently I'm dating a wonderful man called Mark and have uprooted my sweet little self from Central WA to put down new roots in Central PA. It is going to sound silly and cliché - but as much as I miss 'home', I am happier than I've ever been and he is the main reason for that.
We don't have any pets here, Nilili died not long after my first visit (a goldfish that lived in an old coffee carafe) and Mama-san had to give up my lovelies back home. However, I think we're going to get a kitty soon. And a puppy when we have our own place.
I miss my family a ton. Sometimes I think my heart will break for all the longing after a hug from my Mom, a laugh with Tim. Not to mention my sweet sister, Evie, my baby-mama Emy & her little beauty, Bri. *sighs*
I love music - rock of various types is my melodic ambrosia lately! I love books and I love to write. Laughter is one of my favorite things; if you can make me laugh you're golden in my view. Lately I've been running a PnP game for Mark, and although our server is on hold (thank GOD) we're starting work on a screenplay together here shortly. Hmm... and although I still adore Leah Andreone, Amanda Marshall, 3 Doors Down, et cetera - my musical tastes are all over the map lately. Mostly rock, mostly new stuff, but there's plenty of crazy metal from the 80s and the like to go around.
I dunno what else to say about me at the mo, that's about it.
